Susan Patricia Spear
Susan Patricia Spear was an assigned judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California.[1] She began serving this court in 2000, and she retired on June 3, 2008.[2] After her retirement, she participated in the Assigned Judges Program, which assigns retired judges temporary jurisdiction in the event of vacancies or high case loads in the courts.[3]

Spear's transfer to the Los Angeles Municipal Court from San Diego in 1990 was due to her marriage to attorney Martin J. Spear, who had an established practice in Los Angeles.[2]
