Susan Price (California)
Susan Price (also known as Suzie) was a member of the Long Beach City Council in California, representing District 3. She assumed office in 2014. She left office on December 20, 2022.
Price ran for election for Mayor of Long Beach in California. She lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Price earned a B.A. in political science, an M.A. in public policy and administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law. Her professional experience includes working as a deputy district attorney in Orange County.[1]

The city of Long Beach, California held city council elections on June 3, 2014. A primary election took place on April 8. Because one candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the District 3 primary, its general election was called off. Susan Price defeated Jack A. Rosenberg, James K. Lewis, Martha F. Gibson and Stephen C. Bello.[2][3][4]
