Wiley advanced past the September 14 primary election. She faced incumbent Mark McConkey (R), Herb Cooper (D),2010 elections David Babson (R), and Harry Merrow (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Wiley ran for the Carroll District 3 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, winning the second of three seats with 2,393 votes, behind John Roberts (R) with 2,844 votes and ahead of Mark McConkey (R) with 2,393 votes, Virginia Heard (D) with 2,139 votes, Howard N Cunningham (D) with 2,088 votes, Donald McGarity (R) with 1,935 votes and 8 votes for others.[1]
