I was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and have lived here all my life. I have worked in the Credit Union industry for nearly 25 years and currently manage the creative team for a Marketing agency that serves credit unions, small businesses, and non-profits. I'm also a long-time community volunteer including serving with The United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and NAMI.
  • I believe in Reproductive Freedom, including, but not limited to, restoring the rights of all Americans to have access to safe and legal abortion and birth control.
  • I support quality public education by fully funding Wisconsin's public schools, paying teachers and paraprofessionals a fair living wage, and ending senseless book bans.
  • I believe in equality, equity, and justice for the LGBTQIA+ community through supporting gender affirming care and protecting everyone's rights to marry and raise families.
My late Mother is my personal hero and, while she had many traits that are worthy of emulating, it was her tenacity, even in the face of fear and uncertainty, that I admire the most.
A fair and open mind, a strong sense of ethics, a desire to advocate for the people of their constituency, and a drive to improve the world for everyone.
To actively advocate for the people you represent, to analyze and understand the future implications of laws and policies passed today, and to ensure that the state of Wisconsin can continue to provide a safe and welcoming home for its residents well into the future.
The first historical event I can remember happening in my lifetime was the Space Shuttle Challenger explosion. I would have been 13 at the time, and I vividly remember watching it as it happened and then the surreal feeling of going back to normal classwork right after.
The legislature should both support and provide oversight to the governor to ensure that the best decisions are made, not for a particular political party, but for the state and the future of its residents.
Experience, as long as it isn't entrenched in outdated paradigms, can be a net positive.
Emphatically yes. No system of government can succeed on the merit of just one individual.
I believe that elected officials must be good stewards of the money invested in them and their campaigns. To do that, transparency in campaign finance is absolutely key.
