Suzanne Nicholls
Suzanne Nicholls is a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Nicholls ran for re-election for judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. She won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.
Nicholls was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey (R) on April 24, 2020, to replace Erin O'Brien Otis.[1]
Biography
Education
Davis earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Arizona State University and a J.D degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to her appointment to the bench, Nicholls worked in the Maricopa County Office of the Public Advocate beginning in 2015. She previously worked at the office of the Arizona Attorney General in Yuma and as an associate attorney at Byrne & Benesch, PC. She has also worked as an attorney in the Criminal Appeals Division in the Arizona Attorney General's office in Phoenix, Arizona.[1]
