Suzanne Shuman Rister is a judge on the Paulding County Court in Ohio. She was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland to a term commencing January 7, 2010.[1] Rister was elected to the court in November 2012 to a full six-year term, which will end on December 31, 2018.
Education
Rister received her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Rister was an attorney in private practice.[1]
2012 election
Rister was elected to the Paulding County Court, defeating David A. Hyman in the general election on November 6 and winning 57.8% of the vote.[3]
