  • It is time to divest Washington of the power that legitimately belongs to the states or the people. It is the responsibility of the Congress to protect our sovereign nation and secure our borders.
  • We must protect our Quality of Life. It's time to curtail an out of control government: we cannot continue to burden our children and grandchildren with debt. Government spending must be accountable to the people. The effect of the recent mandates on people and businesses was not taken into account and has diminished our quality of life.
  • DEFEND the Future. I am going to represent the people. We have a duty to protect the unborn and give EQUAL PROTECTION for ALL people. Elections must be accountable to the people.

I am grateful for the example of my father. He taught me the principles of the Christian faith & guided me to surrender my life to the Lord, giving me a love for Scripture. He passed on his love for history, especially of this country. I was given a deeper appreciation for this country when he guided to the original documents, rather than what has become known as revisionist history. He taught me to stand strong on values rooted in truth & never waiver toward something wrong just because it might be easier or appear to have greater gain. He taught to put others above myself and find the joy in serving, especially without mention. Daddy was a brilliant man who instilled in me a love for reading and disciplined study, but he was always ready for some good, spontaneous fun. He was not infallible, being quick to seek forgiveness. When he was wronged, he was also quick to forgive. His contributions to this country are now legendary in the annals of spacecraft history, but he was humble and happy to have used his abilities to deliver men back to earth from Mercury to Apollo spacecrafts-never afraid to be a pioneer. He accomplished more in his short lifetime and pivoted to inventing the self-flushing emitter for drip irrigation, revolutionizing that industry and conserving water in areas of agriculture and residential irrigation. It turns out he was somewhat of a giant but he never boasted. To me, I knew him as the man who loved me enough to correct me, taught me to work diligently at all times & never slack, to be honest regardless of the consequences knowing that "truth will out" and maintain good relationships with all people as much as possible. Daddy encouraged servant leadership rather than promoting oneself, the accomplishment is far greater. He taught me to develop convictions based on the truth & stand firm to uphold them. He was a Gentleman & his respect for others was rewarded by the hundreds who loved him. Above all, he taught me to seek to imitate Christ.

Understanding

Ability to relate to people in a genuine manner
Foremost, I would want people to remember that I loved the LORD with all my heart and sought to honor Him in all my relationships and endeavors. I would want them to remember that a time came in our country's history where far too many had lost sight of the freedoms that our Founders intended us to have and protect. They will remember that I loved this country and hate what is destroying the "last best hope on earth-America". They will remember that I was a wife, a mother and a grandmother who didn't seek to become another career politician, but I was resolved to make the hard choices to change America's trajectory toward totalitarianism. They will know that the time had come to act and I took action to protect our God-given liberties. I pray that future generations of Americans will look back and see that I stood with others who in a moment of extreme crisis, stood up to the politicians, the media and the establishment to save their country. They will see that we were perilously close to losing our Republic and I did not just sit and complain about it, I took action. They will know that, like President Reagan said, " I fought as though the entire struggle depended on me." God Bless the United States of America.
The Bible because it is the Word of God and source of all wisdom. It's provides the direction for life and is good for teaching and reproof. It gives one proper perspectives on all relationships, personal and professional. It contains history, poetry and instruction. For me it is a lamp to my feet and serves as a light to my path.
The House of Representatives is, more directly responsible and responsive to the people than any other branch of government. While a Senator has to consider the entire state in matters of representation, a congressman can have a more narrow focus because he or she represents a smaller area or district. They also have the ability to travel throughout their district to hear the concerns, both positive and negative, of their constituents. The House has certain powers not granted to any other branch including: they power to start all revenue bills, impeach civil officers and elect a President if no candidate has a majority. On a national scale, it is the government closest to the people.
Our greatest challenge today is exactly what it was in the beginning: keeping a Republic.
Yes, I find the design of the Founders to be more ingenious as each year passes. They devised a system where the powers ought not only to be distributed between the three branches of government (separation of powers), but Congress, as the most powerful branch, should be divided into two, with different constituencies, term lengths, sizes, and functions for each body. The two year term allows for timely elections of those governing the budgetary process, and their removal by the electorate if they are not responsive to the constituents. The two year term lends itself also to the reform of a two year budgetary cycle. A two year term also should demand prompt attention to all matters at hand.
Members of the House of Representatives should be more zealous in protecting this exclusive prerogative.
Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist No. 9 that legislative checks and balances as written on in our Constitution is "one of the key inventions that the cause of liberty was not lost". Many other republics had failed throughout the ages because they failed to have such a provision. With that in mind, we are perilously close to loosing our liberties because we have not heeded the intent of the Origination Clause. It is time for the House to take back that responsibility for raising revenue and stripping the power of un-elected agencies to, in effect, raise revenue or taxes without Congressional approval. The House must take on the monumental takes of examining the Budget, the systems of taxes and fees to eliminate the fraud and waste of our current system. We must revise the way in which Americans pay for essential services without raising taxes and adding fees.

Campaign website

Voyles' campaign website stated the following:

Stand For America

America is the greatest country in the history of the world. We need to stand proudly for America, speak up on her behalf, and reclaim the pride in our great nation.

End School Indoctrination

The Left seeks to indoctrinate the next generation, and they’re focusing on the schools. Schools should focus on reading, math, science, and history. We need to get Critical Race Theory and iCivics out of our schools and put parents back in charge.

Protect Life

Life is a gift from God and must be protected. As a pro-life Christian, I will make it my priority to speak out on behalf of the unborn. We must fully defund Planned Parenthood, overturn Roe v. Wade, and pass legislation to protect the inalienable right to life.

Defend Gun Rights

The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed.” We must stand strong against the Biden Administration’s attempts to usurp and curtail our gun rights.

Secure the Border

Joe Biden has thrown open our southern border, allowing uncontrolled illegal immigration and putting America at risk. We need to build the wall, end illegal immigration, prosecute human traffickers, and go after the drug cartels.

Ensure Fair Elections

The Democrats are planning to impose a top-down takeover of our elections. We must stand up to federal attempts to undermine our elections. Georgia must guarantee fair, honest, well-run elections. We need to end voter fraud and count every vote.

Stop Socialism

Socialism is an evil system that has destroyed nations and led to the deaths of hundreds of millions of people. We must tell the truth, stand strong against socialism, and get this destructive ideology out of our schools.

Stop the Spending

Joe Biden has already spent trillions of dollars we don’t have. He’s proposing trillions more. Republicans must return to being the party of fiscal responsibility. We need to say no to any increase in spending and start cutting the budget.

Stand up to China

China has made it clear that they’ll stop at nothing to undermine America. We need to treat them like an adversary, demand compensation for the harm they’ve inflicted, and speak with a clear voice about the threat they pose to the world.

Support Israel

The State of Israel is America's strongest ally in the Middle East and is surrounded on all sides by enemies who seek its destruction. We must stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel and defend it against anti-Semitic persecution.[4]
