I am a wife of a federal worker, a CPA candidate, homeowner and mother of small children.

As a legal migrant, born in communist Poland, I was given the opportunity by the United States to attend University of Maryland where Sylvia got her B.A. in Economics, and George Mason University where she got her B.S. in Accounting.

My father obtained political asylum in Sweden, and as most Swedish migrants I lived on welfare in social housing in a predominantly multicultural immigrant area. It didn't stop me from being the first in my family to attain a collage education, in my 3rd language.
  • Property Taxes are too high - Public school budget is too high.
  • Parents need school choice so we can lower our property taxes
  • End Car Tax
I would like to follow the example of the unnamed soldier who didn't abandon the fight for independence from the British empire.

He didn't get paid, couldn't be supplied even with shoes, and starved and froze though the winter.

He did what was right; he defended his homeland from taxation and servitude, even if it brought him no glory, and cost him his life!
I stood up for was morally right even if I was in the minority
Summer job as a cleaner and hotel maid at age 13.5 years old at my moms job, had it till I was 20.

Because it made me aware of the consequences of state and market operations when individuals surrender their rights and agency for "their own good."
I can't imagine myself as a fictional character.
Being an immigrant and financial hardship
Housing cost, taxation, education cost, and energy cost.

Yes! When I was volunteering as an election greeter recently, an older woman came up to me and just wanted me to know that she "voter for Us".
I told her I will do the same, and it was memorable because the way she said it - that being in the minority and stand for what you believe, given the political violence called for against you - you are brave and you don't stand alone!
Depends on what kind of grants and emergency powers
Yes, the person who wrote me 3 pages because they were adamant that one license plate should be in VA state constitution. I never could have imagined someone could be so passionate about a metal license plate!
I have never run for anything in my life - so standing up and being on your ballot! What a experience!
