Symmes Township Tax Levy (November 2012)
A Symmes Township tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio, where it was approved.[1]
This measure replaced a tax levy for 1 mill for a continuing period of time for parks and recreational purposes and it commences in 2012 to be first due in 2013.

Text of the Measure
Language on the ballot:
“ | A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Symmes Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PARKS AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
