- Excerpt: "In addition to the housing incentive fund, more needs to be done through tax incentives to not only incentivize the construction of affordable housing, but also to incentivize existing landlords to maintain or reduce their existing rents, especially when it comes to our seniors. We need to be much more proactive than reactive when it comes to dealing with this housing crisis."

Elections for the North Dakota House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 10, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 7, 2014. Incumbent Patrick Hatlestad and incumbent Gary Sukut defeated T.J. Corcoran in the Republican primary, while Joseph E Adducci was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Hatlestad and Sukut defeated Adducci in the general election.[2][3][4]
