United States Bankruptcy Court Western District of Oklahoma
T. M. Weaver was a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Western District of Oklahoma. He retired from the court on June 30, 2013.[1]
Education
Judge Weaver attended the University of Oklahoma to earn his J.D. and he earned the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.[2]
Career
T. M. Weaver served as U.S. bankruptcy judge for the Western District of Oklahoma from 1998 to 2013. In April of 2002 he was named Chief Judge. Weaver practiced privately from 1968 to 1998 in Duncan, focusing on the areas of commercial and debtor/creditor law and litigation. He is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.[2]
