Biography
T. Patterson Maney was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and lives in Shalimar, Florida. Maney served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 2007 and reached the rank of brigadier general. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky in 1970, a J.D. from the University of Louisville in 1974, and an M.S. in international relations from Troy State University in 1995. Maney's career experience includes working as an attorney.[1]
