T. Scott Webb is a resident judge of the Second Circuit Court in White County, Illinois.[1] He was elected to this position on November 6, 2012 to replace retired Judge Thomas H. Sutton. His current term expires in December of 2018.[2]
Education
Webb earned a bachelor's degree in the administration of justice from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He went on to receive his J.D. there as well.[3]

2012 election
Webb was elected without opposition on November 6, 2012 to replace retired Judge Thomas H. Sutton. He would have been opposed by Rhonda Blades in the general election, but she withdrew from the race. He was unopposed in the Republican primary on March 20, 2012.[4][2][5]
