I was born in Mexico City during a time when the everyday challenges of a decent quality of life were extremely difficult. My parents wanted to provide a better quality of life, education and healthcare for us, so they came to the United States.

I was raised in Section 8 housing and my family had some government assistance, which to us was only a hand up, to get us on our feet and eventually give back to the community.

This is exactly what we did and I am grateful for the assistance we received, as it allowed me an opportunity to get an education, and eventually find myself as a certified and sworn police officer.

As a police officer, I found my passion as a Community Liaison Officer and worked in the lower income areas (including the section 8 housing areas and hispanic sections of the city). To me, being bilingual and being raised in these areas, afforded me an opportunity to connect with the communities.

From toxic coal ash being dumped into our landfills and neighboring communities, to over development, critical infrastructure issues, poor water conditions and over taxation. This is when I decided to be a true public servant of our community, and the best way to achieve that was to run for political office.

Over the past three years, I have dedicated myself to helping establish much needed resources to my communities, bringing accessibility for resources to those in need. And if elected, I plan to continue this work.
  • Our citizens deserve clean water access now and in the future
  • Our infrastructure requires immediate attention and outside the box solutions
  • Its time our elected officials offer true transparency
Supporting our essential personnel to ensure our infrastructure is strong and able to support the massive growth we have and continue to experience.

Preserving our natural resources
Implement alternative green energy solutions
Ensure a better quality of life for all FL residents
Protect our Lakes from harmful pollutants and chemicals

Protect our land from over-development
