Biography
Tameika Isaac Devine graduated from Spring Valley High School. Devine earned her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her career experience includes working as a founding partner of the Jabber & Isaac law firm and as an assistant attorney general for South Carolina. Devine was elected to the Columbia City Council in 2002.[1]
