I struggle with putting myself first. I have always been a person who sees a need and jumps in to help.
Being the mayor means being a steady, visible, and approachable leader who listens first, acts with integrity, and works every day for the good of the entire city. Leadership is about service about showing up, It’s about protecting what makes Black Diamond special, while guiding growth in a way that honors our past and prepares us for the future. I don’t just sit on the dais—I show up, I volunteer, I listen, and I lead by example.

My schedule will include daily presence at City Hall throughout the week.
