Tammy Harrington sworn in as Blount County Circuit Judge

Tennessee: Tammy Harrington was sworn in to the Blount County Circuit Court by Governor Bill Haslam. Harrington is the first female judge in Blount County and replaces the late William Dale Young who passed away in May.[1]
