Shall the amendment to the Revised Charter of the City of Tampa, Florida 1975, as amended, provide for amending Article VII, Section 7.10, to allow the city to invest in any funds permitted under Section 215.47, Fla. Stat., with the exception of mortgage backed securities?[2]
