The general election was canceled. Jose Conchas Jr., incumbent Garthanne Ocampo, and incumbent Tanairi Ochoa-Martinez were elected without opposition to three at-large seats on the Alhambra Elementary School District Governing Board. Their names did not appear on the general election ballot.

Three of the five seats on the Alhambra Elementary School District school board were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. Incumbent Adam Lopez Falk filed for re-election and faced three challengers: Jason Hammond, Garthanne Ocampo, and Tanairi Ochoa-Martinez. Falk won another term on the board and was joined in his victory by Ochoa-Martinez and Ocampo. There was no primary.[1][2]
