Tanner Garth was a 2014 candidate for the 281st District Court in Texas.[1] He was previously a candidate for the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals in 2012 and for the 234th District Court in 2010.

Garth ran for election to the 281st District Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 44.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Sylvia A. Matthews. [1]

Garth ran for election to the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. He was defeated by incumbent Martha Hill Jamison in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2] [3][4]
