The question on the ballot:
| Shall the Governing Board of Tanque Verde Unified School District No. 13 of Pima County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operations Budget which exceeds the revenue control limit specified by statute by five percent (5%) for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six (6) subsequent years as described below, in order to fund special improvement programs for preschool students with disabilities and for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade?[3] |
