- Affordability for all Kentuckians. Childcare, groceries, housing, healthcare, and education should not force families into constant tradeoffs. Kentucky can invest in universal pre-K, strengthen public schools, support affordable childcare, and make healthcare more accessible. Instead of holding money back for income tax reductions that tilt toward the top, we should prioritize the everyday costs families face.
- Healthcare is dignity. I believe healthcare should be there when your family needs it, without fear, delay, or impossible bills. I would fight for state policies that lower costs, protect Medicaid, and strengthen the doctors, clinics, and hospitals our communities depend on. I also believe women and families must be trusted to make decisions about their own bodies. To close gaps in outcomes, we need real investment in preventive care, maternal health, and local services so every family, in every zip code, has a fair chance at staying healthy.
- Fair pay and safety at work are paramount. Full-time work should mean stability. Paychecks should keep up with the cost of living. Workers deserve safe workplaces, predictable hours, and the ability to support their families without constant financial stress. Kentucky’s economy should reward work, not just wealth. Unions make the middle-class strong, and are essential.
