Biography
Tasha Boerner Horvath was born in and lives in Encinitas, California. Horvath graduated from Poly High School. She earned a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1995, and an M.A. in international studies from Claremont Graduate University Institute of Politics and Policy in 1998. Her career experience includes working as a business owner, planning commissioner for the City of Encinitas, senior communications manager for INTO University Partnerships, and senior communications manager for Deutsche Telekon and T-Mobile International. Horvath was elected to serve as a council member of the City of Encinitas in 2016.[1]
