Hotch's professional experience includes working for Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, Cruise West, Genuine Parts Company, Klukwan Inc., Providence Cancer Center, Southeast Stevedoring, and the State of Alaska.[1]

2017
Two of seven seats on the Anchorage School District school board in Alaska were up for at-large general election on April 4, 2017. The Seat C and Seat D incumbents did not file to run for re-election. Dave Donley defeated four candidates to win the race for Seat C: Tasha Hotch, Alsiha Hilde, James Smallwood Jr., and Christopher Jamison. In the race for Seat D, Andy Holleman defeated Kay Schuster and Albert Berke. Holleman and Schuster were separated by fifty-five votes.[3]
