I am a advocate for all liberties and freedoms. I believe in the decriminalization of all victimless crimes, and abolishing mandatory minimum sentencing. I will help to scale back the intrusiveness of government in our lives, and restore our freedoms.
  • All your freedoms all the time!
  • Decriminalize all victimless crimes
  • Scale back govenrment overreach
I am passionate about criminal justice reform. Our prison population is extremely high and we need to use our resources to focus more on rehabilitation than punishment.

Also I want to reduce taxes and put more money into the pockets of Oregonians because I believe they know how to spend their hard earned money better than the government.

And finally I want to reform PERS which if left uncheck will only lead to higher taxes and bigger deficits for the state.
I look up to our forefathers who founded this country on the ideas of freedom. I would like to follow their examples by reducing the role in which government intrudes in on the life, liberty, and the overall happiness of all American. Especially Oregonians who feel disenfranchised from the overwhelmingly liberal policies.
Honesty and compassion. Politicians have a bad reputation for being liars and cheats I want to change that perception. Because I am not a politician I am an Oregonian.
The legacy I want to leave besides being the first Libertarian elected to Oregon State Senate is to be the one to help bridge the divide between the left and right and bring civility back to politics.
September 11 2001 I was ten years old and that is the day will always be in my memory.
My first job was at the Woodburn drag strip. I was a fuel attendant at 14 years years old. I worked there for a season until I was 15 and found a full time job that was not seasonal.
If I could be any fictional character I would be Ned Stark from Game of Thrones. He was honest and loyal to a fault and although it cost him his life He never wavered that is the kind of man I aspire to be.
We all face struggles, I am no different. However I believe that the struggle makes you stronger and wiser. So through all my struggles I focus on how I overcame them and the lessons I learned and not so much on the struggle itself.
No I believe that legislators like all politicians should be citizens first that want what is best for their district, state, or country. and have actual life experience. Career politicians are out of touch with the real world and that is a huge problem for all of us.
Our greatest challenge will be the affordable housing crisis. We have a homeless epidemic in Oregon and we need to fix it.
They should work in unison for the benefit of the state. We can not allow governors like Kate Brown to run unchecked issuing executive orders circumventing our democracy.
Yes it is beneficial to build relationships with other legislators from other parties especially because that is how you get things done,. you cant just stack a house and senate with a super majority and expect everyone to be happy. Politics have become so tribal that we need to build strong relationships across the aisle to genuinely make changes.
I do not think I would. I love Oregon so much and I want to focus on Oregon first. Maybe in the future my mind will change but for now I am solely focused on winning District 10.
