The Technology and Cybersecurity Committee is a standing committee of the Louisiana Legislature.
Any action taken by a joint committee must receive a majority vote of members from each house, each house voting separately, or a quorum of committee members present and voting. A quorum is defined as a majority of committee members. Leadership positions in joint committees rotate in even-numbered years between members of the House and Senate.[1]
