Ted Boyer is the former chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission. He was first appointed to the commission on June 30, 2003, and was re-appointed as chairman on March 27, 2009. His term was set to expire on March 1, 2015 but he chose to retire on December 1, 2012.[1]
