Temporary judge fills vacancy on Chancery Court

Chattanooga, Tennessee: Senior Judge Donald Paul Harris from Franklin, Tennessee will temporarily fill a vacancy on the Tennessee Chancery Court of the 11th District. He will replace retired judge Howell N. Peoples until the next special election in August or until the Governor makes an appointment.[1]
