Illegal Aliens do not belong in the United States and are not entitled to benefits at the expense of American Citizens. If we are to maintain our culture, we cannot accept millions of un-assimilated people into the country. Just because the Federal government refuses to uphold the Constitution, that does not mean that we Tennesseans are obligated to house, cloth, feed, educate and provide basic health care for Illegal Aliens. We are not obligated to issue identification papers to their newborns that can be used to receive citizenship under the current illegal policy of birthright citizenship. Voting has become a continuing event, rather than the one day event it should be. I have proposed changes to the voting method and to the voting procedure. What we have now is still not concise enough. There is no reason to have a vote that extends more than two days. I have proposed rearranging national holidays so as to create a national voting holiday. (See the website: https://joelgoodman2022.us )
