The Tennessee River Basin Water Pollution Control Compact is an interstate compact between Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, and has congressional consent. The compact was created to reduce pollution in the Tennessee River Basin, and to establish a commission to meet those ends.[1][2]
