Teresa Ellsworth
Teresa Ellsworth was a 2014 Vermont Progressive Party candidate for Windham-Bennington-Windsor District of the Vermont House of Representatives.[1] On September 7, 2014, Ellsworth passed away.[2] Her name was removed from the ballot for the general election.[3]

Elections for the Vermont House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 26, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 12, 2014. Teresa Ellsworth ran as a Vermont Progressive Party candidate. Oliver Olsen ran as an independent candidate.[1][4][5][6]Both candidates were to proceed to the general election in November, however, Ellsworth passed away on September 7, 2014.[2] Olsen was unopposed in the general election.[3]
