Biography

Teresa Leger Fernandez earned a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford University Law School. Fernandez's career experience includes working as counsel and a strategist with Leger Law & Strategy and as the vice-chair of the Council on Historic Preservation with the Obama administration.[1]
