Biography
Terre Layng Rosner was born in Rockford, Illinois. She earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 1983 and a graduate degree from Northern Illinois University in 1986. She earned a Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University in 2016. Her career experience includes working as a university professor.[1]
