Biography

Terrell Ellis lives in Charleston, West Virginia. She earned a B.A. in urban affairs from Virginia Tech in 1979. Ellis’ career experience includes working as president with Terrell Ellis & Associates and as a director of local development initiatives with the West Virginia Development Office. She volunteered with the Bridge Road Neighborhood Association in Charleston, West Virginia, which describes itself as, “formed to plan, promote and coordinate the revitalization of this important Charleston commercial district.”[1][2][3]
