Terry Barnard
Terry Barnard (b. August 27, 1957) was a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 166th District from 1994-2011.
Barnard's professional experience includes working as a finance marketing manager and as vice president/branch manager of First Citizens Bank.
He is a member of the Baptist Church.[1]

In 2008 Barnard was re-elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 166. Barnard (R) ran unopposed and finished with 8,632 votes.[2] Barnard raised $19,535 for his campaign fund.[3]``
