Terry C. Shewmaker
Terry C. Shewmaker is a former judge for the Elkhart County Circuit Court in Indiana. He first joined the court in 1998 and retired on December 31, 2016.[1][2]
Education
Shewmaker received an undergraduate degree in economics from Indiana State University. Though Shewmaker began law school at DePaul University in Chicago, he later transferred to the University of Notre Dame's Law School, and subsequently graduated in 1975.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Shewmaker served as a deputy prosecutor and chief deputy prosecutor in Elkhart County.[1]
