Terry Clark (Michigan)

Terry Clark is a judge for the 70th District Court in Saginaw County, Michigan. Clark is Saginaw County's first African American judge. He joined the court in 1990 and his current term expired on January 1, 2019.[1][2][3]
Education
Clark received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Texas Southern University at Thurgood Marshall School of Law.[1]
2012 election
Clark was re-elected after running unopposed in 2012.[4][5]
