Hi, my name is Terry Cunningham. I moved to Lexington from Mason County 14 years ago to attend the University of Kentucky. It is there where I met my wife Jacquelyn, and after graduation, we married and decided to build our lives here. We are blessed to call this District home, and raise our elementary school daughters and newborn son here.

From 2020-2022 I served on the School Based Decision Making Councils for both of my daughter’s schools, and been involved in my Neighborhood Association and church. I also served as a pastor for nine years before stepping down a year ago to pursue other endeavors.

I am most passionate about matters of parental rights in education.
