Terry Fox is a judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals. She assumed office on September 1, 2010. Her current term ends on January 13, 2031.

Fox ran for re-election for judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals. She won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.

Fox was appointed by Democratic Governor Bill Ritter on September 1, 2010.[1]

Biography

Education

Fox received her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and petroleum refining from the Colorado School of Mines in 1989. In 1993, she earned a J.D. from Houston's South Texas College of Law.[1]

Career

Fox was an assistant U.S. attorney in Colorado from 2004 until her judicial appointment in 2010. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, she served as an attorney in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, practiced environmental law with the law firm of Holland & Hart, and clerked for Texas Supreme Court Justice Craig Enoch.[1]
