Terry Fox appointed to Colorado Court of Appeals

Colorado: Gov. Ritter appointed Maria Teresa "Terry" Fox to replace Judge Sean Connelly on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Connelly is leaving the court to return to the firm of Reilly Pozner, where he used to work. Fox has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Colorado since 2004. She previously worked in the Colorado Attorney General’s office and practiced with the firm Holland & Hart. She beat out two other finalists who were considered for the position: Attorneys Blain Myhre and Patrick O’Rourke.[1]
