Terry Gregory is a judge for the Moore County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also serves the Moore County Juvenile Court. He was elected to this position in 2004, and re-elected in 2006. He is based in Tullahoma, where he also works as a private practice lawyer and a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Tennessee.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[3]

Education

Gregory received his associate degree from Motlow State Community College in 1981, his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1983 and his J.D. from Memphis State University, Cecil C. Humphries School of Law in 1986.[2]

Career

Gregory began his career in 1986 as a lawyer with the firm of Sam Sawyer. Later that year, he joined the firm of Morrison, Billingsley and Gregory, where he worked until 1992. He then joined Robertson and Worsham, now called Robertson, Worsham, Gregory & Giffin, PLLC, where he works. He specializes in bankruptcy, real estate and personal injury law. He was elected to the general sessions and juvenile courts in 2004. In January of 2011, he was appointed to the trustee panel for the Eastern District of Tennessee.[2][4]
