Terry Hall
Terry Hall (Democratic Party) was a member of the Illinois State Senate, representing District 31. She assumed office on January 4, 2023. She left office on January 11, 2023.
Hall was appointed to the state Senate on January 2, 2023, to replace Sen. Melinda Bush (D).[1]
Biography
Terry Hall was born in Champaign, Illinois, and lives in Gurnee, Illinois. Her career experience includes working as a certified public accountant.[2]
Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
