Terry Hoychick
Terry Hoychick is the judge for the Eunice City Court in Louisiana. He was elected to the court on December 6, 2014, for a six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[1][2][3]

Hoychick ran for election to the Eunice City Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 33.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Paul Brown, Jay Caswell, and Josie Frank.
General: He defeated Paul Brown in the general election on December 6, 2014, receiving 53.7 percent of the vote.

Education
Hoychick received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1974 and a J.D. degree from the Louisiana State University Law School in 1978.[5]
Career
Before his election to the court, Hoychick worked as an attorney in private practice. He served as a co-lead counsel and a co-chair of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Eunice Train Derailment litigation. He also previously was an instructor of business law at the Louisiana State University - Eunice from 1979 to 1989.[5]
