Oregon County Courts

The Oregon County Courts are courts in Oregon with limited jurisdiction over juvenile and probate matters. County judges in Oregon are chairpersons of the county boards in counties where the position still exists. Their authority extends only to juvenile and probate matters, and these judicial activities are second to their primary administrative duties as county heads.
