Terry Witkowski
Terry Witkowski is a former member of the Milwaukee Common Council in Wisconsin, representing District 13 from 2003 to 2019. [1] Witkowski died on November 4, 2024.[2]
Biography
Witkowski received a bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Witkowski was a longtime safety director of the Milwaukee Safety Commission and the Milwaukee Police Department. He served as president of the South Side Business Club, the Survive Alive House Foundation, and the South Side Civic Association, and served on the boards of the National Safety Council, Businesses Against Drunk Drivers (BADD), and Citizens Against Drug Impaired Drivers.[1]
Elections
2016
The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, held elections for mayor and city council on April 5, 2016. A primary election took place on February 16, 2016. All 15 city council seats were up for election. Incumbent Terry L. Witkowski defeated Christopher Wiken in the Milwaukee City Council District 13 general election.[3]
