Terry O'Donnell (Republican Party) was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 23. He assumed office on November 21, 2012. He left office on November 20, 2024.

O'Donnell (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives to represent District 23. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

O'Donnell earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Baylor University and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1989. His professional experience includes working as an attorney.[1]
