Terry Smith (Arkansas)
William "Terry" Smith (b. June 14, 1948) is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 19 from 2001 to 2011.
Smith served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1994 to 2000.
Biography
Smith's professional experience includes working as a Consultant for Telcom/Southwestern Bell Corporation.
