Terry Spicer
Terry Spicer was a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 91st District from 1998 to 2010.
Biography
Spicer's professional experience includes working as an Assistant to the President of Economic and Community Development at Enterprise-Ozark Community College, Instructor at Douglas MacArthur State Technical College and Owner of Spicer Heating and Cooling.
Spicer is a member of the Coffee County Cattleman's Association, First Baptist Church of Elba and Deputy Director of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.[1]
Issue positions
Spicer did not provide answers to the Alabama State Legislative Election 2006 National Political Awareness Test. The test informs voters how a candidate would vote on the issues if elected.[2]

2006
On November 7, 2006, Spicer was re-elected to the 91st District Seat in the Alabama House of Representatives, defeating opponent Ricky E. Snellgrove (R).[4]
Spicer raised $238,572 for his campaign, while Snellgrove raised $201,116.[5]
