Biography
Terry Turner was born in Henderson, North Carolina. He served in the United States Marine Corps from August 1970 to August 1972. Turner received his bachelor's degree in 1977 after attending Louisburg Junior College and Western Carolina University and a graduate degree from Western Carolina Universoity in 1978. As of the 2019 election, he was retired.[1]

- I wish to continue developing our community. I am still attempting to control development and keep our small-town atmosphere. I am currently pursuing retail developers for our Gateway, multi-use project.
- Water and sewer are vital to any community, which is I am actively working close with our water and sewer authority to seek lasting solutions to their concerns.
