Terry Virgil (Libertarian Party) ran for election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 33. Virgil did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 3, 2020.

Virgil was a 2014 Libertarian candidate for District 13 of the Wisconsin State Senate. Virgil was removed from the candidate list.[1]

Virgil was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 33 of the Wisconsin State Assembly. He was a Libertarian candidate for Wisconsin State Senate District 13 in the recall election against incumbent Sen. Scott Fitzgerald.

Elections for 17 seats in the Wisconsin State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 12, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Michelle Zahn ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Scott Fitzgerald ran unopposed in the Republican primary. Terry Virgil (L) was removed from the ballot. Fitzgerald defeated Zahn in the general election.[2][1][3]

Woods ran in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 33. He ran unopposed in the Libertarian primary on August 14, 2012, and was defeated by incumbent Republican Stephen Nass and Democratic candidate Scott Woods in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4]

Virgil was the 2010 Libertarian candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin. He lost to Tom Nelson (D) and Rebecca Kleefisch (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
